Pier Genius Inc was a dream in 2005, by March of 2006 the incorporation was formed and Pier Genius Inc was born. The company manufactures every product we sell right here in the heartland of the U.S.A. The company is founded on truly engineered dock solutions and the aim of perfection during the manufacturing process. Being firm believers in the Lean Manufacturing principles Pier Genius Inc. has the stretch long term goal to be the worlds only dock producer to have a lead time of 3 days no matter how large the order. Day 1 the order is received, Day 2 the order is manufactured, Day 3 the order is shipped. This is in far contrast to the current 3, 6, and even 12 month lead times of other manufactures! By relentlessly pursing this goal we are able to pass on the savings to the end consumer. Gone are the days of 200% mark ups to cover for huge warehouses and manufacturing batches all winter long, instead it's replaced by a small foot print building, overhead is cut 300-400% over traditional manufacturing and we are still able to meet the demands of the season.
